Hilton Arlington, a premier hotel in Arlington, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a proactive team and maintain spotless guest rooms and public areas. You will oversee daily operations, inspect units, train staff, and ensure safety and security procedures are followed while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a full-time schedule. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision —inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
