You will ensure QA processes are met and assist resort leaders with staffing and scheduling to maximize productivity. The role requires one year of housekeeping experience, supervisory experience preferred, and hospitality customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year related housekeeping experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• One year hospitality customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and inspect the work of Housekeepers and Houseman to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met.
• Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) processes are followed.
• Support staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity in the Housekeeping and Resort teams.
