B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a responsible supervisory role in housekeeping to lead Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Lobby Attendants in delivering exceptional guest service at our Florida properties.

You will supervise, train, and inspect staff performance, drive safety standards, and coordinate daily tasks to meet service goals, while promoting teamwork and professional growth within the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience preferred. Must be detail oriented, have ability to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization, and be able to problem-solve with team members and guests.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-lingual ability preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift. Significant bending required.

Responsabilités

• Guest Service: Lead the housekeeping team; assign, inspect, and record housekeeping actions; respond to guest concerns with courtesy and service recovery.
• Safety/Risk Management: Inspect housekeeping operations; maintain MSDS procedures; ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Associate Management and Development: Direct staff performance; motivate, coach, and develop team members; ensure training records are maintained.
• Self/Workload Management: Attend department and hotel meetings; advise on changes to housekeeping operations; manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
