B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team, including Room Attendants, Housepersons and Lobby Attendants. You will train staff, inspect performance and ensure procedures meet hotel standards to deliver exceptional guest service.

This role involves lead ership, scheduling, safety, and strong communication in a fast-paced hotel environment. Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds and bilingual skills are a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual ability preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Guest Service: Lead housekeeping team; assigning, inspecting, recording actions; respond to guest concerns with service recovery.
• Safety/Risk Management: Conduct routine inspections; maintain MSDS; ensure safe work environment and proper chemical procedures.
• Associate Management and Development: Direct staff performance; coaching, training records; promote collaboration and positive work environment.
• Self/Workload Management: Attend department/hotel meetings; advise on changes; manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
