Job summary

Imprint Hospitality’s On The River Inn is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor for our 45-room hotel. This hands-on leader oversees daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort.

The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• > Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• > Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• > Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• > Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• > Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• > Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff, including room attendants and housepersons
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are consistently met
• Assign daily tasks and manage room schedules based on occupancy levels
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to staff
• Monitor inventory levels for linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities and submit orders as needed
• Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure efficient room turnover and issue resolution
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal tasks as required
