Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• May assist in preparing rooms for housekeepers during busy periods.
• May assist in cleaning rooms using MasterCorp’s 7-step to clean process during busy periods.
• Assist in training of staff, both existing and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per procedure.
• Inspect units and report vacancy and readiness.
