The Radisson Blu Mall of America, located in Bloomington, MN, seeks an energetic Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will supervise staff, train team members, and coordinate with front office to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety procedures, managing schedules, and supporting department goals.

Formación

• Minimum one year in a supervisory housekeeping role.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with Opera PMS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all operational and safety procedures are followed.
• Inspects and approves employees' work performance.
• Supervises guest complaints related to operations.
• Demonstrates leadership and provides training for housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Communicates effectively and works as a team player.
• Establishes schedules and supervises payroll-related items.
