Job summary

Wayfinder Waikiki, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure cleanliness, and support the housekeeping team. You will assign work, train staff, monitor rooms and public areas, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with other departments.

Must have high school diploma and prior supervisory housekeeping experience; ability to lift 30 pounds and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to work flexible hours; including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and well maintained.
• Inspect rooms to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met.
• Assign daily work, train, and motivate housekeeping team members.
• Help maintain cleaning schedules and daily workflows.
• Update status of rooms in the property management system.
• Respond to guest requests and housekeeping needs in a friendly and timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to support guest satisfaction.
• Ensure safe and proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Provide support during busy periods or staffing shortages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
