Oxford Collection in Spokane, WA is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure top standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role is regular full time with hourly pay between $18.50 and $19.50.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness standards across properties.
• Inspect public spaces and selected rooms for quality and compliance with SOPs.
• Coordinate with maintenance, front desk and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and mentor staff; monitor performance, scheduling and attendance.
• Prepare maintenance reports and log requests as needed.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and company culture during all tasks.
