Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily sign-in/out of master keys/section keys, ensuring proper tracking and security measures are followed.
• Assign daily special cleaning tasks to housekeepers for extra duties and ensure high cleanliness standards for beds, tubs/tiles, and mildew.
• Take full responsibility for AAA inspection rooms, ensuring all designated rooms meet or exceed AAA guidelines.
