Job summary

Three Meadows Post Acute in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents. Starting pay is $20 per hour and will reflect experience. You will oversee staffing, schedules, inspections, and training while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work with facilities staff to manage supplies, budgets, and safety practices, including OSHA/EPA/SDS standards. This role offers hands-on leadership in a caring community.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related experience or training.
• Supervision and scheduling experience required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Able to read and follow written, verbal, diagram, and schedule-based instructions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping team and manage staffing schedules to keep offices, public areas, resident rooms, and grounds spotless.
• Inspect resident and public areas regularly to maintain high quality standards.
• Plan and schedule cleaning programs, including annual deep cleans and move-in prep.
• Monitor inventory, order equipment and supplies, ensure safe handling and storage.
• Lead training sessions and department meetings.
• Train staff on safe chemical handling and ensure OSHA/EPA/SDS compliance.
• Work with team to clean floors, restrooms, kitchens, resident apartments, and other areas.
• Monitor housekeeping department budget.
• Prepare resident charges and billing for housekeeping services when applicable.
• Promote a safe workplace and preventive practices.
