Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations in the downtown hotel. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and service standards, while guiding a team to deliver exceptional experiences for guests from around the world.

The role requires supervising staff, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining efficient department operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year hotel housekeeping experience.
• Prior housekeeping supervisor experience preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
• Attention to cleanliness detail.
• Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn the usage of software and devices.
• Have open availability to work varied shifts, in line with hotel occupancy, inclusive of weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain highest cleanliness and service standards.
• Provide guidance and performance feedback to team members.
• Address and resolve guest concerns and support overall guest satisfaction.
• Complete administrative duties as required to support the department.
• Support departmental efficiency and guest satisfaction through teamwork.
