Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure top cleanliness and service standards. This role requires supervising staff, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining departmental efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work varied shifts as needed. Interviews will be held onsite at Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year hotel housekeeping experience required.
• Prior housekeeping supervisor experience preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
• Attention to cleanliness detail.
• Able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn the usage of software and devices.
• Have open availability to work varied shifts, in line with hotel occupancy, inclusive of weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily operations within the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained.
