Job summary

InnVentures LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at our Courtyard Portland North location. You will lead the housekeeping team to deliver clean, comfortable rooms and public areas, maintaining high guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong communication, and the ability to manage laundry, inventory, and scheduling in a fast-paced hotel environment. Applicants should have prior housekeeping experience in hospitality or related fields, be able to lift up to 25 pounds,

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, property management or healthcare is preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for full shifts, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the department each day, reporting room status to the front desk.
• Train, supervise, motivate and recognize housekeeping staff.
• Assist with laundry operations, inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
• Inspect and clean multiple rooms daily.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile.
• Support maintenance by reporting broken or missing items.
• Collaborate with all departments to meet hotel goals.
