As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our resort looks impeccable every day and our guests feel at home. You'll lead by example and support your team in delivering five-star cleanliness and comfort.
You’ll be responsible for:
Supervising and guiding housekeeping staff during daily operations
Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness
Assisting with scheduling, task assignments, and inventory management
Training and mentoring new team members
Responding quickly to guest requests and resolving issues with care and professionalism
Ensuring proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies
Communicating effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience in hospitality (preferred, but not required)
Strong leadership and communication skills
A keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness
Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
