Hospitality experience preferred – leadership skills and a great attitude are essential!
What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our resort looks impeccable every day and our guests feel at home. You'll lead by example and support your team in delivering five-star cleanliness and comfort.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supervising and guiding housekeeping staff during daily operations

  • Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness

  • Assisting with scheduling, task assignments, and inventory management

  • Training and mentoring new team members

  • Responding quickly to guest requests and resolving issues with care and professionalism

  • Ensuring proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies

  • Communicating effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience in hospitality (preferred, but not required)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness

  • Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts

  • Physical stamina – able to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
