The Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector will oversee cleaning staff, ensure units are cleaned efficiently, and maintain safety. You will train staff, report maintenance needs, and help deliver outstanding guest experiences in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated motivational skills.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to train others.
• Desire to help others and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high standards of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• Prepare rooms for housekeepers during peak periods.
• Assist in training staff.
• Inspect units and report maintenance issues.
• Ensure safe working environment at each site.
