MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to join our hospitality team in Kissimmee, FL. You will clean resort property units to high standards, follow safety policies, and support guest satisfaction through timely service.

We offer competitive pay up to $17/hour, paid training, immediate hire, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and paid time off, plus opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to make decisions and plan tasks.
• Planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Punctual and dependable with a good work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.
• Willing to work irregular hours.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning.
• Strip units of soiled linens.
• Remove trash from units.
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets and decks.
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Attend training and apply learned practices.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
