Job summary

Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to lead and grow a high-performing team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet our cleanliness and presentation standards.

You will supervise shift teams, inspect rooms, and coordinate daily assignments while collaborating with leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience. A focus on coaching and maintaining high standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Housekeeping Supervisor experience in a select-service hotel required.
• Hyatt brand experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

What You’ll Do

As our Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector, you will help lead and support our dedicated Housekeeping TEAM while ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet our standards for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise, motivate, and support housekeeping team members throughout each shift
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
• Assist with daily assignments, room priorities, and department organization
• Identify and communicate maintenance or guest room concerns
• Provide coaching and feedback to help team members succeed
• Work closely with hotel leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of Housekeeping Supervisor experience in a select-service hotel required
• Previous Hyatt brand experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
