Job description

Seacliff Inn, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is actively searching for a professional, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are cleaned to company standards. The ideal candidate will maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.

Core responsibilities include:

1. Communicating effectively with guests and team members.
2. Proficiency in all housekeeping systems and processes.
3. Leading the housekeeping team and acting as a liaison between the team and the General Manager in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
4. Ensuring guestrooms are cleaned to company standards.
5. Following company policies for room amenities.
6. Handling items left in guestrooms and managing the Lost & Found.
7. Maintaining security of checked-out keys, never leaving property with a key.
8. Reporting maintenance issues needing immediate attention.
9. Providing assistance to other departments to enhance overall hotel performance.

Pay Range: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
