Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of housekeeping/environmental services experience, preferably in healthcare or senior living.
• Experience managing larger teams (5+ employees).
• Knowledge of infection control, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, coach, and support housekeeping team members to ensure daily cleaning assignments are completed efficiently and in accordance with standards.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and corrective actions with the Director of Facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections of resident spaces to ensure cleanliness, quality, and infection prevention practices.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and supplies to maintain service levels across the community.
• Monitor inventory, orders, and proper use of equipment and chemicals to control costs.
