Crothall Healthcare in Winston-Salem, NC, is hiring a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor for third shift (10:30 am – 7:00 pm) with rotating weekends and holidays. Primary duties include directing sanitation, assigning cleaning tasks, and ensuring safety and inventory compliance.

The role requires prior management experience; salary is $19 per hour with full benefits and opportunities to lead a hospital EVS team.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising cleaning operations and staff in aHealthcare environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, adjust to occupancy changes and emergencies.
• Ensures safety and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Directs and participates in sanitation and safety of facility and staff.
• Determines cleaning assignments and adjusts based on room occupancy or emergencies.
• Keeps records of assignments and ensures timely, efficient service.
• Monitors staff breaks and productivity; communicates performance issues to management.
• Oversees onboarding and training of associates; conducts pre-service meetings.
• Maintains inventory, orders supplies, and manages budget-aligned usage.
