Responsibilities

• Supervise room cleaners to ensure timely housekeeping of guest rooms.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness to company standards.
• Coordinate housekeeping work with front desk, engineering and other departments.
• Maintain records of room status and prepare maintenance orders.
• Train and direct new housekeeping staff.
• Prioritize VIP and checkout/stay over rooms and coordinate cleaning accordingly.
