Job summary

Homestead Courtyard is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring quality service and adherence to standards. The role requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and involves training staff and maintaining cleanliness and organization across assigned areas.

Experience in hospitality housekeeping and supervision is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry; supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling requirements, and use of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high quality of services offered to guests through the management of the functional areas of the housekeeping department and maintain established standards and procedures.
