Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two (2) years of commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and application.
• Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Knowledge of OSHA required safety practices.
• Ability to perform the GILA WAY: Greet, Interact, Listen, Appreciate.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Environmental Services operations and staff.
• Publish and manage work schedules to ensure proper cleaning coverage.
• Order supplies so staff have necessary materials.
• Perform safety and maintenance checks on cleaning equipment.
• Inspect casino floors and offices to maintain a clean, professional environment.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Directly supervise multiple employees and adhere to company policies.
