Aviva Pembroke in Virginia Beach is seeking a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to plan, organize, and oversee housekeeping functions. You will schedule staff, supervise daily operations, and ensure adherence to health, safety and appearance standards for our senior living community.

The role requires at least 3 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to handle physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive benefits and a team-oriented environment are offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three (3) years of progressively responsible related work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and supervise Housekeeping functions; schedule staff and assign deadlines.
• Train and orient staff; ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and appearance policies.
• Develop, maintain, and update written policies and procedures and job descriptions.
• Coordinate projects; maintain records of work completed.
• Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials; suggest capital improvements.
• Schedule maintenance on cleaning equipment and develop QA programs.
• Prepare monthly reports and required paperwork.
