Job summary

Hyatt Regency Birmingham - The Wynfrey Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet standards. You will train, support, and inspect room attendants while coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and report to the Executive Housekeeper.

You will supervise staff, inspect rooms, manage inventory, and have opportunities for advancement within hospitality management.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience.
• Previous housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel's housekeeping team to keep guest rooms and public areas clean and well-maintained.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, inspect rooms, and manage inventory and supplies.
• Report to the Executive Housekeeper or Director of Rooms.
