Job summary

The Brown Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, train and inspect room attendants, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The role reports to the Executive Housekeeper and offers opportunities for advancement within hospitality management.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, inspecting rooms, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining HVMG’s standards of excellence in cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations and lead the housekeeping team.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Coordinate with Executive Housekeeper/Director of Rooms and other departments.
• Support career growth within hospitality management paths.
