Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping staff and ensures NHG standards.
• Plans and assigns daily housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Coordinates with front desk and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy.
• Conducts daily inspections of rooms, carts, and facilities; maintains records.
• Trains staff on proper methods and safety procedures.
• Manages inventory of cleaning supplies, amenities, and linen.
• Addresses guest and staff suggestions; resolves issues tactfully.
• Performs duties of attendants on an as-needed basis.
