Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a dedicated AM Housekeeping Supervisor at Miraval Berkshires to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will support daily operations, coach staff, and ensure high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public spaces.

The role requires prior housekeeping supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily task assignments.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.

The AMHousekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supporting the overall housekeeping operations and management team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality standards and delivering excellent service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Support the housekeeping management team with daily operations and team coordination.

Clean and maintain public areas and guest rooms as needed.

Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they are ready for use and meet quality standards.

Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.

Provide coaching, counseling, and on-the-job guidance to housekeeping team members.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $22.00/hour.
