The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations in Riverside, CA. You will oversee room and public space cleanliness, train staff, and ensure safety with cleaning chemicals while coordinating shifts and inventory.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a similar Housekeeping position desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-service mindset.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry items up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure a smooth stay and high cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate daily work flow and assign duties to staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces for quality and safety.
• Train and onboard new housekeeping employees; motivate the team.
• Support inventory of linen and supplies and assist with maintenance requests.
