Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, CA. The role focuses on maintenance of building systems, electrical and plumbing repairs, and general upkeep to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in hotel maintenance, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building and facility systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Performs electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems.
• Repairs woodwork, doors, walls and carpeting.
• Maintains mechanical equipment such as pumps and water heaters.
• Keeps and reports maintenance logs and records as required.
