Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, California, seeks a Night Cleaner to maintain public areas and support room attendants. The role is essential to delivering the guest experience, keeping spaces spotless and welcoming overnight.

You will walk assigned areas, handle towels and supplies, assist with back-of-house areas, and respond to guest requests with a friendly, helpful attitude. Prior housekeeping experience and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to move, traverse, position self to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, detect odors, position and navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces.
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Walk all assigned areas at beginning and end of shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Responsible for cleanliness and floor care of all public areas and back of house spaces.
• Deliver towels and items to guest rooms on requests.
• Refill the par stock of guest amenities on each floor.
• Respond to guest requests with a friendly, helpful attitude.
