Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Experience in housekeeping supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and supervises all housekeeping services per regulations and facility policies.
• Manage departmental budget and staffing levels.
• Set a positive tone and atmosphere for the Housekeeping Department.
• Treat employees, visitors, and residents with courtesy and respect.
• Audit common areas and resident rooms for cleanliness and safety.
• Prepare schedules, monitor attendance and overtime, and address staffing needs.
• Communicate openly with staff, supervisors, residents and other departments.
• Prepare performance evaluations and initiate disciplinary actions when necessary.
