JL Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team and ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout guestrooms and public areas. The role includes training room attendants, reporting maintenance issues, and supporting the Manager with inventory management and shift scheduling.
The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in housekeeping, strong leadership, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
The housekeeping supervisor oversees the work of housekeeping staff to ensure all areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy. They are responsible for training room attendants and the overall cleanliness of guestrooms and public areas. They report maintenance deficiencies in order to maintain rooms/suites in compliance with standards.
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the Manager based upon the particular requirements of the company.

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
