Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas, resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Train staff, promote teamwork, and ensure proper grooming and policies are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of linen rooms, laundry, storage, and other areas.
• Ensure rooms are ready and meet guest satisfaction standards.
• Report maintenance needs, assist in cleaning when necessary, and operate laundry equipment.

Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a hotel preferred.
• Experience in a full-service hotel is a plus.
• Flexible availability including weekends.

Compensation:

Starting hourly pay is $18.00, depending on experience.
