Role Summary:

• Manage housekeeping associates and operations to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards, reporting to the department head/manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee Housekeeping and Laundry operations and staff
• Demonstrate brand values in leadership
• Maintain room quality standards
• Distribute and monitor daily workload
• Manage inspection programs for guest rooms and public areas
• Maintain deep cleaning schedules
• Implement procedures to increase efficiency
• Review and improve processes continually
• Respond to guest feedback
• Ensure compliance with key controls
• Manage vendor relationships and inventory
• Collaborate with Engineering for maintenance
• Ensure equipment maintenance
• Train, develop, and motivate staff
• Schedule staff according to business needs
• Monitor time and attendance
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed
• Communicate across departments for guest experience
• Perform duties of team members as needed

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Leadership experience in a full-service hotel, preferably in Housekeeping
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• This is an overtime-eligible manager position with a starting pay of $20.00/hour, depending on experience
