Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital to oversee housekeeping staff on client premises and coordinate daily services for a safe, clean environment.

You will manage afternoon/evening shifts with some weekend/holiday work, in a full-time role that includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within Sodexo.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision on site to coordinate activities of workers and service employees in facilities operations or services.
• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions between 3 and 10 employees.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.

Workdays/shifts : Afternoon/evenings - varying days, and some weekends/holidays. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $22.26 per hour - $25.60 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You may work in any type of facilities location on client premises.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments.

• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.

• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity

• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
