Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Senior Facilities Supervisor to oversee on-site facilities operations and coordinate staff to deliver reliable services at client locations, including healthcare settings. Location: Hillcrest Hospital South.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of related experience with prior supervisory duties, a team‑oriented and safety‑minded approach, and a commitment to delivering quality service. Workdays are mornings with rotating weekends; full‑time role with comprehensive benefits,

• Previous supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments.
• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Workdays/shifts : Mornings - varying days, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour - $18.00 per hour

What You’ll Do: As a Senior Facilities Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You may work in any type of facilities location on client premises.
