Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and motivate housekeeping attendants and other housekeeping staff.
• Assign daily room and public-area cleaning responsibilities based on occupancy and operational needs.
• Inspect guest rooms, suites, public areas, and other spaces to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet standards.
• Address deficiencies promptly and ensure corrections are completed.
• Coordinate with Front Desk regarding room status, priority rooms, early arrivals, late departures, and guest requests.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory of linens, towels, cleaning products, guest amenities, and equipment.
• Maintain storage, organization, and safe handling of supplies and chemicals.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and staffing needs.
• Train employees on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and proper equipment use.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns through proper channels.
• Assist with deep-cleaning projects, seasonal preparations, and high-occupancy periods.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
