Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor II to lead the housekeeping team, coordinate daily assignments, and ensure a clean, sanitary environment for residents and staff.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years in housekeeping operations with leadership experience; compensation is $60,000 annually plus annual bonus potential, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the Erickson Senior Living network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations.
• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily assignments and schedules to include established routine duties for housekeeping staff.
• Inspect premises to determine next assignments and to ensure that trash/garbage removal meets health, safety and sanitation regulations including receiving dock areas and community grounds.
• Train new employees, assigns tasks and closely supervises until fully trained.
• Maintain an inventory of housekeeping supplies, materials and equipment.
• Create weekly, monthly and semi-monthly cleaning schedules for common areas of the facility.
• Investigate and resolve housekeeping related complaints.
