Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Hilton Garden Inn Starkville, MS. You will supervise housekeeping activities, ensure the highest cleanliness standards, and maintain guest satisfaction while protecting assets and minimizing expenses.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, training staff, addressing guest complaints, managing supplies, and coordinating with maintenance and front desk to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Rooms Management or a related management position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities, the ability to motivate staff, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed by the business.
