HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

We take cleanliness very seriously. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coaching, and training room and house attendants. Our supervisors ensure that all work meets the high standards of Staypineapple.

What to expect:

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

• Leading the housekeeping team by assigning and reviewing work.
• Managing tasks such as keeping staff on schedule, inspecting and approving public areas and guest rooms for cleanliness, ensuring timely turnover of checkout rooms, and interacting with guests politely and positively.
• Training staff on hotel Standard Operating Procedures and departmental standards.

Your experience and qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team.
• Quick assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to fulfill requests thoroughly and promptly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
