Job summary

Newport Hospitality in Florida is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Rooms Division, overseeing housekeeping operations and ensuring guest comfort and safety.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, maintain impeccable cleanliness standards, manage budgets and inventory, and address guest concerns to continuously improve experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team: recruit, train, and develop housekeeping and laundry staff, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
