Job summary

Concord is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to guide the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams, ensuring quality and brand standards across guest rooms and public areas.

You will train staff, assign daily duties, manage guest requests, and monitor room readiness while maintaining organized spaces and supporting hotel operations. This role emphasizes reliability, communication, and flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
