Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Reports To: Housekeeping Manager

Position Description: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail will be essential in this role. We have a full-time position available, with an hourly range between $20.00 - $22.00 depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff
2. Provide training and orientation to new employees
3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and standards are met
4. Follow and manage the work schedule of the cleaning staff
5. Assign daily tasks and responsibilities as needed. Tasks will be provided by managers, the supervisor will make changes as needed with available staff
6. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
7. The supervisor will assist with event set up as needed
8. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and order
9. Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding housekeeping services
10. Ensure compliance with health department and safety regulations
11. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing guest concerns and requests
12. Performs all duties assigned by manager
