Job summary

Vacatia is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are spotless, safe, and guest-ready at all times. You will coach and support your team, conduct inspections, and step in when needed to keep operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory, schedule deep-cleaning, and collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality (resort or timeshare preferred).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and guide a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of safety standards, MSDS, and proper chemical handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns, ensuring satisfaction and follow-through.
• Support leadership with reporting, administrative tasks, and special projects.
• Act as a key point of contact during emergencies and operational needs.
