Job summary

The Standard, Mexico City is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team and ensure guest rooms meet the highest cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year hotel experience, basic computer skills, and a collaborative leadership style; weekends/holidays may be required.

You will coach colleagues, participate in interviews and training, and help resolve guest concerns to create memorable stays.

Qualifications

• 1 year hotel experience is required or preferred for supervisory role.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills are essential.

Responsibilities
