The Cottonwood Hotel in Omaha, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor who leads with energy and a genuine hospitality mindset. You will mentor a team to deliver consistently pristine rooms and public spaces that reflect our elevated standards and distinctive personality.

This leadership role requires a natural ability to motivate, coach, and organize in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication across departments to ensure memorable guest

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment; supervisory experience preferred
• A natural leader who knows how to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable
• Highly organized with a strong eye for detail
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently prioritize competing needs
• A genuine hospitality mindset and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments

Responsabilités

• Lead the daily operation of the Housekeeping team and inspire a team to deliver elevated cleanliness and guest experience
• Ensure guest rooms and public spaces reflect the hotel’s elevated standards and distinctive personality
• Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to maintain consistency and efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Overview
