Housekeeping Supervisor

Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel in downtown Oklahoma City. Our luxury hotel is located next to the Paycom Center (OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center, and across the street from the 70-acre Scissortail Park.

The property includes various dining options, a spa, fitness center, rooftop pool and bar, and extensive meeting and event spaces.

Job Description

Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet Omni four-star/four-diamond standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join our upscale team!

Responsibilities

• Inspect the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms and public areas
• Assign special projects as directed by the Director of Housekeeping
• Report repairs or discrepancies in guest rooms
• Ensure all Guest Room Attendants have appropriate supplies and linens
• Assist in cleaning guest rooms when necessary
• Process AM and PM room status reports
• Maintain organized linen carts and fully stocked linen closets
• Maintain neat supply cages
• Ensure guest rooms are punched in via phone after completion
• Inspect VIP rooms promptly
• Prioritize check-out and vacated rooms
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and events
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain 4-Diamond cleanliness standards
• Ability to work on special projects with management
• Strong attention to detail and urgency
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and push/pull 75 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Effective radio and phone communication skills
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
• Residence within 50 miles of the hotel
