Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for The Hutton Hotel in Nashville. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage a team, and ensure top-tier cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of housekeeping or cleaning experience, strong leadership, fluent English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in housekeeping or cleaning role.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment
